Bookings
Bookings are confirmed once the agreed advance payment is received. Shoot dates are reserved upon confirmation.

Changes & Rescheduling
We understand plans can change. Any cancellations or rescheduling requests should be communicated as early as possible, and applicable terms will be discussed based on the project schedule.

Payments
Payments are made according to the approved quotation and agreed milestones. Any alternate payment arrangements will be specified in the project proposal.

Ownership & Usage
Clients receive usage rights for all final approved deliverables as outlined in the project agreement. Raw footage and working project files remain the property of Ibtida Productions unless otherwise agreed.

Portfolio
Unless confidentiality has been requested in writing, completed work may be featured in our portfolio, website, and social media channels.
